1. Scope of Services
Unified Access Supply Co., LLC sells access-control equipment and related products only. No installation, inspection, design, or engineering services are provided, whether explicitly or implied.
2. Installation Responsibility
Purchaser assumes full responsibility for ensuring that all products are installed and maintained in compliance with:
- Manufacturer specifications
- UL 325 and ASTM F2200 standards
- All applicable laws and codes
3. Assumption of Risk
Purchaser understands that gate operators are mechanical and electrical devices that pose inherent risks if improperly installed or used. Purchaser assumes all risks associated with installation and operation following delivery.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unified Access Supply Co., LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, property damage, or personal injury arising from product use or installation.
5. Indemnification
Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unified Access Supply Co., LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from improper installation, misuse, or non-compliant applications.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
All products are sold subject to the manufacturer’s warranty only. Unified Access Supply Co., LLC makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
