Refund policy
Unified Access Supply sells professional-grade access control and gate automation equipment intended for installation by licensed professionals. Due to the nature of these products and fulfillment methods, the following return and refund terms apply.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

The item remains in original manufacturer packaging

All manuals, accessories, hardware, and components are included

The return request is made within 14 days of pickup or delivery

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued by Unified Access Supply Co., LLC prior to return
Items returned without an approved RMA will be refused.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been installed, attempted-to-install, or used
-
Products with cut wires, mounted brackets, altered components, or missing parts
-
Electrical or mechanical equipment removed from original packaging

Special-order, custom, or non-stock items
-
Clearance or final-sale items
-
Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or modification
Once an item has been installed or electrically connected, it is considered non-returnable.
3. Gate Operators & Safety Equipment
Gate operators, control boards, motors, and related safety devices are regulated safety products.
For this reason:

All sales are final once the product has been installed

Unified Access Supply Co., LLC does not accept returns for installation errors, code compliance issues, or site-specific incompatibility

Returns are not accepted for installation errors, code compliance issues, or site-specific incompatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before purchase.
4. Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the condition of the returned item and manufacturer policies.
Original shipping costs and delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping or transportation is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify Unified Access Supply within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and provide:

Photos of the product and packaging

Description of the issue
Manufacturer warranty procedures may apply. Unified Access Supply Co., LLC may assist with warranty coordination but does not provide warranty coverage beyond what the manufacturer offers.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after inspection approval.
