Shipping policy

 

Unified Access Supply currently offers local delivery and local pickup only. No third-party carrier shipping is available at this time.

 

1. Fulfillment Methods

 

We offer the following fulfillment options:

  • Local Delivery within designated service areas

  • Local Pickup at an approved pickup location

 

Fulfillment options, fees, minimums, and service areas are displayed at checkout.

 

2. Order Processing

 

Orders are processed after payment is received and verified.

Processing time may vary based on product availability, order size, and scheduling requirements.

 

Orders may be reviewed prior to fulfillment.

 

3. Local Delivery

 

  • Delivery scheduling will be coordinated after the order is placed

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery is scheduled

  • Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational delays

 

Delivery is considered complete once the product is delivered to the designated location provided by the customer.

 

4. Local Pickup

 

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup

  • Valid identification and order confirmation may be required

  • Products must be inspected at the time of pickup

 

Once a product is picked up, title and responsibility transfer to the customer.

 

5. Inspection & Acceptance

 

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery or pickup.


By accepting delivery or picking up an order, the customer acknowledges that the product was received in acceptable condition unless otherwise noted at the time of fulfillment.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If an order is received damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify Unified Access Supply Co., LLC within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.

 

7. Order Cancellations (IMPORTANT)

 

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been prepared for fulfillment or dispatched for delivery.


Once an order is:

  • Out for delivery, or

  • Prepared and staged for pickup,

the order cannot be canceled without penalty.


Any cancellation attempted after this point may be subject to:

  • A restocking fee of up to 25%, and

  • Non-refundable delivery or handling fees

 

Failure to cancel an order prior to dispatch or fulfillment readiness will result in applicable restocking fees.

 

8. No Carrier Shipping

 

Unified Access Supply Co., LLC does not currently offer shipping via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers. All orders must be fulfilled through local delivery or pickup.

 

9. Policy Changes

 

Fulfillment options and policies may change without notice. Updated policies will be posted on our website and apply to future orders.
